Horas Redwyne

Elder twin son of Lord Paxter Redwyne of the Arbor and Mina Tyrell, and so heir to the Arbor and its fleet, a homely freckled boy with his father's orange hair. He and his brother Hobber tormented Samwell Tarly when fat Sam was sent to the Arbor as a page, and earned cruel matching names for their pains, Horror for Horas and Slobber for Hobber. When Renly Baratheon claimed the crown, the twins were taken into King's Landing as hostages against Lord Paxter, whose great Redwyne fleet would otherwise have sailed for the Storm King; Cersei Lannister kept them close in the Red Keep until the Tyrell-Lannister marriage made the bond plain and they were freed. Both were knighted thereafter as Ser Horas and Ser Hobber, the older twin still graceless, still mocked, still bound by birth to inherit the richest vineyards in the Seven Kingdoms.
