Nymeria Sand (Lady Nym)

Second of the Sand Snakes, daughter of a noblewoman of Old Volantis whose family was old when the Freehold was young. Tall and slender and white-skinned where her sisters are brown, she wears silks and jewels and a coiled gold serpent for a belt and goes nowhere without the dozen tiny knives she keeps in places no man would dare search. Prince Doran sends her to King's Landing in A Feast for Crows in place of the war the elder Sand Snakes would have him fight, with instructions to take her uncle Oberyn's seat on the small council and watch the lions from inside their den.
