Lord of the Arbor in his day and a head of House Redwyne, sire of an elder son who carried on the line and of the sharp tongued Olenna, who would wed Luthor Tyrell and outlive three Lords of Highgarden. Through that son he was grandfather to Paxter Redwyne, lord of the Arbor in the years of the War of the Five Kings. A cask of his own dark strongwine, hoarded long past his death, was still racked in the cellars of the cheesemonger Illyrio Mopatis at Pentos, where Tyrion Lannister drank from it on the night he fled into exile.
