Lord of Storm's End and Aerys II's cousin, sent across the Narrow Sea in 278 AC to find a Volantene bride for the troubled Prince Rhaegar. He returned empty-handed, and was lost with his wife Cassana in sight of his own walls when the ship that bore them home broke up in Shipbreaker Bay. Their three young sons watched the wreck from the cliffs of Storm's End.
