Third of the Sand Snakes, born to a septa who was once Oberyn's lover, and the gentlest of the lot to look upon: blonde curls, blue eyes, a soft voice, a sweet smile, a septa's quiet hands. Of the eight she is the one her father warned the rest never to underestimate. Her dolls' faces are sometimes painted with the venoms she has been distilling since she was a girl.
